Cost and Frequency: Message and data rates may apply. The Program involves recurring mobile messages, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with Us.
4. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will AG Pro Garage Doors be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages arising from these Terms or your use of the Services.
5. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Texas. AG Pro Garage Doors and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Texas shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
